Step 1: Plan & Book Your Session
Use our booking form or get in touch — we’ll find a time that fits your schedule. We’ll send over a quick planning guide to help you prepare, choose your outfits, and align your headshot style with your personal brand.

Step 2: The Shoot
Come to our Burlington studio. We guide you through natural poses and expressions with calm, confident direction — and you’ll see images as we go. Real-time feedback helps you feel more relaxed and ensures you’re happy with the results before the session ends. Most clients are surprised at just how good they look, and that boost of confidence shows in every final image.

Step 3: Delivery
Within three business days, you’ll receive a curated online gallery delivered straight to your inbox. Every image in your gallery is fully edited and retouched, so you’re choosing from the final product — no guessing how the finished version will look.

How Team Sessions Work

Step 1: Schedule & Plan Your Session
We’ll start with a quick conversation about your team size, space, and preferred schedule. Whether we’re photographing five employees or fifty, we’ll tailor the process to fit your workday. We bring everything needed to your office — lighting, backdrop, and equipment — and set up a fully mobile studio in whatever space works best.

Step 2: Quick, Professional Sessions Onsite
Each employee steps in for just a few minutes — most are back at their desk within 10 minutes. We guide them through posing and expression and show images along the way to make sure they’re happy with how they look.

Step 3: Curated Delivery to Your Team Lead
After the session, we carefully select the four best images for each person based on their feedback and expressions. Every image is professionally retouched for a clean, consistent, and polished final look. The complete gallery is delivered digitally — typically within three business days — directly to the session coordinator for easy distribution.
