How it Works
Step 1: Schedule & Plan Your Session
We’ll start with a quick conversation about your team size, space, and preferred schedule. Whether we’re photographing five employees or fifty, we’ll tailor the process to fit your workday. We bring everything needed to your office — lighting, backdrop, and equipment — and set up a fully mobile studio in whatever space works best: a conference room, lobby, or open office area.
Step 2: Quick, Professional Sessions Onsite
Each employee steps in for just a few minutes — most are back at their desk within 10 minutes. We guide them through posing and expression and show images along the way to make sure they’re happy with how they look. That feedback helps us refine the results and gives employees added confidence during the session.
Step 3: Curated Delivery to Your Team Lead
After the session, we carefully select the four best images for each person based on their feedback and expressions. Every image is professionally retouched for a clean, consistent, and polished final look. The complete gallery is delivered digitally — typically within three business days — directly to the session coordinator for easy distribution.
